Steps
Cook the macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
In a large bowl, mix the cooked macaroni with grated cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper.
Take a small portion of the mac 'n cheese mixture and shape it into bite-sized balls.
Dip each mac 'n cheese ball into beaten eggs and then coat it with bread crumbs.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or pot.
Fry the mac 'n cheese bites until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
